KFC employees in dirty water

December 18th, 2008 admin No comments

I would party with these chicks, they seem pretty cool. The manager was probably just upset because they gave him no play.

A trio of Anderson girls are in hot water with their fast-food employer for dipping themselves into the sink used to clean dishes.

One of the girls bathing in the sink at the Anderson Kentucky Fried Chicken posted the photos on the Internet and after management learned of them, all three were suspended today, said Cheri, assistant manager at the restaurant. She declined to give her last name.

The photos, which appeared to have been posted late last month, showed the girls bathing in the deep commercial sink and posing in their underwear and swimwear.

She said no manager was on duty when the photos were likely taken, when the three girls closed the restaurant themselves. In her more than a year at the store, Cheri said she hadn’t had any incidents similar to this.

The photos had been filed under a gallery called “KFC moments.” Captions for the photos included “haha KFC showers!” and “haha we turned on the jets.”

On her MySpace page, the girl lists herself as a 17-year-old worker at the Anderson KFC.

“I’m a KFC worker, they are my best friends and my family,” she said on her site.

Arby’s owner wants to bite into a biggie classic

Do you know what this means?! SQUARE ROAST BEEF!!

A major shareholder who has pressured Wendy’s International Inc. to increase stock value said Tuesday that he is considering a purchase of the third-largest North American hamburger chain.
Billionaire investor Nelson Peltz said his company, which owns fast-food chain Arby’s, would be a “natural, strategic buyer” for Wendy’s, according to a letter he sent to Wendy’s chairman, but that the company is blocking him.
Peltz, who runs the Trian Fund, also revealed in the filing that he and his allies have increased their stake to 9.8 per cent of company shares, from 8.4 per cent.
Peltz’ company Triarc Cos. controls Arby’s, which has more than 3,000 restaurants.
Peltz said in the letter to Wendy’s chairman James Pickett, that he believes Wendy’s would prefer to sell itself to anyone but Triarc.
“While Trian will support the transaction that is best for all Wendy’s shareholders, we believe that Triarc is a natural, strategic buyer for the company and should be encouraged to participate in the process,” he said in the letter, part of filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to show how many Wendy’s shares Peltz owns.

He didn’t like her attitude

July 1st, 2007 admin No comments

I’m on the guy’s side. I’m damn, sick and tired of stupid, rude and illiterate clerks.

A man who thought the clerk at a fast-food drive-through was rude for not saying “please” and “thank you” punched her in the face, police said. Duane L. Williams, angered by what he felt was the clerk’s rudeness, walked into the store to complain just before 8 p.m. Wednesday, Penn Hills police Chief Howard Burton said Friday.

Before the manager could meet with Williams, he walked back outside, pushed open the drive-through window and punched the 19-year-old woman in the face. The clerk was bruised, but not badly hurt, Burton said.

“He didn’t like the girl’s attitude because she didn’t say ‘please’ and ‘thank you,’” Burton said.

The store manager ran outside to get Williams’ license plate number and called police.

Williams, 46, told police he had “anger-management issues” when he turned himself in later that night, Burton said.

Teen blows away carjacker

June 20th, 2007 admin No comments

Typical of the police. Even when everything goes right, they still are afraid of law-abiding citizens using firearms to defend themselves.

Way to go kid. Should have shot him a couple more times just to be sure though. As is I hope the assbag will think twice about carjacking again. Once again props =), if it happens again aim for his knee caps!

A man with a gun was trying to force a woman out of her car at a fast-food drive-through when the woman’s 17-year-old son wrestled the gun away from him and shot him.

Carl Chestnut, 44, of Kenner, is expected to survive wounds to his head and body, and will face armed robbery charges once he is released from East Jefferson General Hospital, Col. John Fortunato, a Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesman, said Monday.

It would have been safer to hand over the keys and let the gunman drive off, Sheriff Harry Lee said Monday.

Fortunato said the 53-year-old woman was in line at an Arby’s Roast Beef Restaurant about 1:30 a.m. Monday when Chestnut walked up and pointed a gun at her, demanding their money and the car.

When he leaned inside, aiming the gun with one hand and trying to yank her out with the other, the 17-year-old grabbed the gun, Fortunato said. He said it went off once as they strugged, but did not hit anyone. Once the youth got the gun, he shot Chestnut several times, Fortunato said.
